As an Acharya and Senior Training Faculty, Indu reveals the depth, power, and profound simplicity of yoga in a richly steady, knowledgeable, and joyful way. From a young age, she contemplated and grasped the inner knowledge of existence. Her journey with yoga has shaped this understanding into form and structure, enabling her to transmit its subtle truths with Presence and Grace.

Indu believes that life is her yoga mat and has immersed herself in the practice in her meditation room and throughout her day as a meditation in motion. Her devotion led her to run a yoga studio that served as a spiritual community, and later to live, work, and teach at the ashram. She continues to offer world-class programs and services at home in Michigan, online, and internationally.

Indu is the lead trainer for I AM Yoga® Meditation in Motion®, Putting It All Together, and Integral Breath Therapy within the I AM Yoga® 800-hour Yoga Therapy Program. Gurudev’s teachings and mentorship continue to uplift her spirit as she offers these profound teachings to others.
