Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the intention of the delivery guidelines?

The Amrit Yoga Institute encourages I AM Yoga Nidra™ graduates to use various platforms (like YouTube) to deliver Yoga Nidra to those who can most benefit from the experience and to reach as many people as possible. We also have to ensure the quality of these deliveries. Considering this, we have established some guidelines to stick to so that we can make sure these offerings are in line with the teachings and instruction you received during your training. We also wish to ensure that there is consistency across our students’ facilitations to strengthen the AYI brand for the benefit of all involved. This policy is enacted to ensure quality, consistency, and to get people knowing about I AM Yoga Nidra™. By using the name and upholding the quality, you are helping gain recognition for yourself and everyone.

2. What are the guidelines?

In order to provide quality experiences and ensure consistency, we have provided the guidelines above. These guidelines have been designed to ensure quality, consistency, and to help people identify the I AM Yoga Nidra™ style. By using the name I AM Yoga Nidra™ and upholding the quality, you are helping gain recognition for yourself and our global community of practitioners.

3. Who can record an I AM Yoga Nidra™ meditation?

All of our graduates are empowered to record and share their I AM Yoga Nidra™ recordings online. However, we recommend that you first get experience teaching for a suggested minimum of six months prior to posting a recording. With practice, your delivery will naturally improve over time. This refinement is of direct benefit to your students and community.

4. What does it cost?

This process is free. In 2021, we have eliminated paid submission approval requirements.
