The transformative potential of I Am Yoga extends beyond physical health to encompass mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. It emphasizes the journey from ego-driven perception to a unified experience of the present, offering a holistic approach to living.

The reactive perception we face in people or objects in the present moment stems from the subjective ego mind, which resides in a state of self-deception. This egoic perception filters our experiences through the lens of past memory events, shaping our interpretation of reality.

The subjective perceiver, the ego mind, perceives through the look-a-like memory filter of the past. It cannot see the person or an object present now in the outer world. Consequently, the ego mind fails to see things as they truly are in the present moment; it cannot fully engage with the outer world, nor can it accurately hear or perceive current events.

Operating from its subjective repository of past memories, the ego mind constructs its identity based on attractions to pleasant memories and aversions to painful ones. This subjective perception leads to a fragmented sense of self, perpetuating conflict, stress, and separation from the timeless presence of the present moment.

When you judge others you are judging yourself. What ever you say to others is happening in your body. The time bound ego mind lives in its own unconscious body built in the form of pathological toxic memory stress energy blocks in the feeling body of the timeless presence.

The ego mind’s subjective journey results in the accumulation of energy blocks within the body, manifesting as pathological toxic memory stress disorder. These blocks serve as protective mechanisms, aimed at preventing the recurrence of past traumatic events.

However, the ego mind remains trapped in a cycle of reactive behavior, unable to perceive reality as it truly is. Each time its attention moves outward to achieve what it is attracted to or afraid of the female parasympathetic energy is withdrawn from the male timeless presence. The ego mind uses the energy of the timeless presence to solve the false memory problems that cannot be solved.

The Subjective Ego Mind Lives in Self-Deception

Consider the story of Sarah, who was betrayed by a close friend in the past. Despite moving on from the friendship, Sarah finds herself unable to fully trust new acquaintances. She perceives every interaction through the lens of past betrayal, leading to a cycle of mistrust and isolation. This is a classic example of how the subjective ego mind operates, filtering present experiences through past traumas and perpetuating a cycle of self-deception.

Liberation from Reactive Perception

Sarah’s experience highlights the importance of breaking free from reactive perception. Instead of allowing past traumas to dictate our present reality, we can cultivate awareness of our thought patterns and emotional reactions. By recognizing the limitations of the ego mind’s subjective interpretation, we empower ourselves to respond to situations with clarity and discernment.

Embracing the Timeless Presence

Imagine John, who constantly worries about the future due to past financial struggles. Despite achieving stability in his career, John remains trapped in a cycle of anxiety and fear. By embracing the timeless presence of the present moment, John can release his attachment to past hardships and find peace in the here and now. This shift in perspective allows John to live more fully and authentically, free from the constraints of the ego mind’s self-deception.

Cultivating Present-Moment Awareness

Practices such as meditation and mindfulness can help individuals like John cultivate present-moment awareness. By anchoring themselves in the present moment, they can observe the fluctuations of the mind without becoming entangled in them. This allows for greater clarity of thought and a deeper connection to the underlying truth of our being.

Journey to Inner Peace and Fulfillment

As individuals like John embark on their journey to inner peace and fulfillment, they pave the way for deeper, more authentic connections with others. By releasing the grip of past traumas and egoic patterns, they create space for genuine intimacy and understanding in their relationships. This fosters a sense of belonging and interconnectedness that transcends the limitations of the ego mind’s self-deception.

Fostering Authentic Connections

Consider the story of Maya, who spent years chasing external validation and approval to fill the void within herself. Despite achieving success in her career, Maya feels empty and disconnected from others. Through inner work and self-reflection, Maya learns to cultivate self-love and acceptance. This newfound sense of wholeness allows Maya to authentically connect with others from a place of inner abundance, rather than seeking validation from external sources.

Becoming Agents of Positive Transformation

Students of I AM Yoga, like Maya who awakened to her true nature and embodied consciousness rooted in love and compassion, become agents of positive transformation in the world. By living authentically and leading by example, we inspire others to embark on their own journey of self-discovery and liberation. This collective awakening has the power to ripple outwards, creating a more enlightened and harmonious society for future generations.

Breaking free from the ego mind’s self-deception is a journey of self-discovery, self-transformation, and collective awakening. It requires courage, persistence, and a willingness to confront the shadows within ourselves. However, the rewards are immeasurable – a life of deep meaning, fulfillment, and unconditional love. As we continue on this journey together, may we all find the courage and wisdom to transcend the ego mind’s self-deception and live authentically from the depth of our being.
